About Rental
1. What we rent?
- High Definition LED Video Wall (P3-P5) rental
- High Definition Projector rental
- High Definition of LED TV rental
- Sound Reinforcement rental
- Lighting & Luminaries rental
- Effects Machine Rental
2. What is the duration of rental?
- The standard rental duration for our quoted price is for 4 hours unless stated.
3. What is the rate of rental?
- Rate of rental is depending on item of renting. Please email our sales person for more details.
About Payment
1. What is the accepted payment mode?
- Our standard payment mode is Cash On Delivery (COD) for the rental, if it is in cheque form, please cross to "Prolight & Sound".
2. What is the security deposit mean for?
- For the rental item, we require SGD $100 (returnable) after returning the rental item in perfect condition.
3. What is the currency of transaction?
- Prolight & Sound is a Singapore based local business, all the transaction must be deal in SGD only.
About Delivery
1. Is the rental rate including delivery?
- No. If delivery needed by us, another SGD $30 will be charged.
